Returns and Refund
We hope that you are happy with your order, which you can Buy & Try for 30 days. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to qualify for a full refund.
* Candles are non-refundable.
All returns must be either in unused condition, unopened, and in its original packaging or gently used. Failure to meet these conditions may result in a partial refund. In most cases, shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the package was not delivered within the estimated delivery dates.

help@studio10beauty.com with your full name and order number, where our customer services team will explain how to proceed with your refund. We will send you a returns label where applicable, subject to authorisation, within three working days of initial contact.
Please note that we do not offer exchanges.
Please allow 14 working days to process your return from the posting date.
We offer a free return service for the UK only. We currently do not yet offer free returns to countries outside of the UK.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and correct it for you.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, gift cards, candles are non-refundable
We cannot issue a refund for any products that a customer has previously received a refund for.
Accidental Orders
In the event of an accidental purchase, we can only accept a return if the product is in unused condition, unopened, and in its original packaging.
We will send you a return label which value will be deducted from the final refund.
Returned by Courier or Incorrect Address
Orders that have been returned to us by the courier because the orders haven't been called for, refused, or have an incorrect address, once returned to us will be refunded minus the original shipping cost.
Order Cancelation
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you can cancel your order and obtain a refund within 14 working days. We can only accept a return if the product is in unused condition, unopened, and in its original packaging.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer services via email: help@studio10beauty.com within a period of 14 working days of receiving your order. Once we have received the returned goods in unused condition, unopened and in original packaging, a refund will be processed minus the original delivery charge.
The cost incurred for returning the parcel will not be reimbursed and it is the customer's responsibility, unless the item is damaged or faulty or supplied incorrectly.
Cancel or Change An Order Before Shipping
Although we will always try our best to accommodate your requests, typically we are unable to amend or cancel orders after they have been placed. However, if you need to return an item for any reason you have 14 days to cancel the order. We can only accept it if it is returned in unused condition, not opened and in its original packaging. The return label value will be deducted from the final refund.
Replacements
We do not offer replacements unless products are faulty. We allow returns on products purchased in error/ incorrect shade but the return label value will be deducted from the final refund.
Offers and Promotions
Only one discount code, voucher or offer can be used per order, except Free Shipping discounts where applicable. If a discount code is not added at checkout we will not be able to add it after an order has been processed.
All offers are subject to availability and while stocks last. We reserve the right to end a promotion at any time.
